PKMetal I prefer my epic metal played FAST, and that's what Lord Goblin does. Meanwhile, the organ adds a 70's/occult atmosphere. Compared to the prior EP, there's a more black metal sound to the guitars now, which isn't my preference. But that's just me wanting this band to sound as much like Domine as possible, which ain't fair. They should and do have their own sound, and it's damn cool. Long live Lord Goblin! Favorite track: Light of a Black Sun, Pt. 1.

The skyline looms, a warning of the past Where ancients' tech is buried, waiting to be cast Beasts made of metal, waiting to breathe A threat to the modern world, an impending wreathe From the northern skies, the ancients' might returns With gears and cogs a-whirring, a sight that forever burns The rain beats down, a drumming of the end The winds howl a chorus, of a tale to be penned A story of the ancients, their gift from the north A legacy of war, a destructive force From the northern skies, the ancients' might returns With gears and cogs a-whirring, a sight that forever burns Forgotten knowledge, unleashed by a roar The power of the ancients, unlocked forever more The northern skies aglow, with the fire of the past The ultimate destruction, that nothing can outlast From the northern skies, the ancients' might returns With gears and cogs a-whirring, a sight that forever burns Their engines of death, the harbingers of war Feared by all below, machines start to roar

The Wanderer 05:17
I, a restless being, who walks this earth eternally Now, that a new day has dawned, what's to become of me? Ancient tongues of old, once told of solitude tales Echoing from a silence now faded away A thunder rips clear across the skies Bringing forth the flame of life Mirror of the sun, giving colour and beauty A new day is dawning, a scream of fury! Walking in the shadow Retracing the footsteps of my past What if this is just a disease? For me, so restless, eternal! A new day has dawned, now and again, and again, and again! I'm trapped into this earth forever! Walking in the shadow Retracing the footsteps of my past Violence conceived this universe So will it end as it began?

The Oracle 08:02
"Oh, sons of Argive lineage, now I approach, treading the path upon this earthly realm, this land of ours, beseeching the divine, praying for grace or the twists of mortal fate." In the shadows, sons of a distant line I tread this earthly path, seeking a sign A land we call our own, under skies divine Praying for grace, fate's twists in our minds Sons of time, in this dance we sway On this earthly stage, where destinies play Beneath the stars, where dreams and fears collide Seeking answers, on this cosmic ride Whispers in the wind, secrets unfold A journey in the dark, in stories foretold Beneath the moon's glow, mysteries we find Echoes of ancient tales, in their rhythm we bind Sons of time, in this dance we sway On this earthly stage, where destinies dwell Beneath the stars, where dreams and fears collide We're seeking answers, on this cosmic ride Through the veils of time, a timeless plea Guidance we seek, in our odyssey In the echoes of fate, we'll confide A chorus of seekers, in destiny's stride In the silence, echoes of the oracle's song A timeless melody, where the journeys belong Oh, sons of time, on this cosmic tide We will find our way, in destiny's guide

The ancients, lost in ancient lore With blazing spirits bold Set out in quest to find the truth From shadows they would unfold A journey fraught with pain and fire Their hearts and souls entwined Still they marched forth with fearless minds With a quest to find the light divine Then, a black sun rose on high A guide in a world of false light Its power, beacon in the bright A call to rise up in might It was a pagan god of old That they did venerate With the black sun as their guide They would conquer their fate And through the rain and storm they marched With the black sun as their guide Its power, their only hope in life In a world where brightness hides Then, a black sun rose on high A guide in a world of false light Its power, beacon in the bright A call to rise up in might It was a pagan god of old That they did venerate With the black sun as their guide They would conquer their fate Their fate was written in the stars A destiny they must fulfil With the black sun's power in their hearts They'd claim their victory still Its power, a beacon through the storm The tempest soon receded And the ancients stood high, resolute Their hearts with fire seeded

As the clouds began to gather And the rain poured from the sky The black sun still rose higher Its shadows reaching wide With reverence in their hearts And shadows at their feet The ancients rise to claim their place With the black sun's power so sweet Their blazing souls still burning bright With a fire that won't subdue And with the black sun as their guide The ancients will conquer all anew Light of a black sun
